Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders of $35 or more (before tax).

Shipping Rates

For orders under $35, you can choose from the following options at checkout:

USPS Ground Advantage — $4.50 (typically 2–5 business days after processing)
USPS Priority Mail — $9.00 (typically 1–3 business days after processing)
Express — $15.00 (fastest available service)

Pre-loved pieces ship for $6.00 (Standard) or $8.00 for multi-item bundles when the order is under $35, and free at $35 or more. Some items ship directly from our partner warehouses and always ship free; the exact options and prices for your cart are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at jamiadavidson@strutandstyle.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.

International Partner Shipping

Some items in our store ship directly from international partner warehouses. These items may take 7–14 business days to arrive and are clearly noted on their individual product pages. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
