Return & Refund Policy

At Strut and Style Boutique, we want you to love every piece you wear. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Unaltered and undamaged
• In original condition with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Swimwear
• Clearance / final sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or color are available only on drop-shipped items. To request an exchange, please contact us before sending your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@strutandstyle.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
